The interview process was built for someone who is unemployed. I interviewed with over 12 individuals and was pulled away from my job 4 times for 2 1/2 hours face-to-face interviews. I met with 7 people in person and had over 5 phone interviews. Initially I was all in, the group I would have been working with and reporting to seemed great. After my 5th or 6th interview it became frustrating. I have worked as a recruiter for over 5 years and have never put someone through such a ridiculous process. I met everyone, including people in different states that my job would never impact. I take time to plan, resource, and send thank you emails to each person I met, it was taking so much time out of my schedule I feel like they owe me a check. I remained professional throughout the entire process, but months later I still feel like this should not happen to anyone. They did not select me for the position, because they found someone me experienced. I'm okay with rejection, I'm not okay with a company wasting my time.
