Got a call from HR Manager who interviewed me briefly over the phone. She then set a date and time for me to meet with her for a face to face interview. That interview went well and right after she set up another interview with Branch Manager for the very next day. The following interview went well also. I was pleased to get that far. But 2 days later I was informed that they were going a different route with an internal candidate.

I was contacted by a recruiter who asked me a few questions and set up an interview with a branch manager. The next week I interviewed for a second time but with the branch manager’s manager. Was offered position same day of second interview.

The interview for this position was in depth. They asked basic interview questions as well as structured interview questions. The structured interview questions had multiple parts. It lasted about 50 minutes.

At regions we tend to work closely with Business Partner groups. Describe a time when you worked with a business partner group and there was a problem. How did you build a relationship with this person. When you came across the problem were you able to resolve the issue. Was the relationship mended.

Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. I applied online and about a month later, I received a phone call from the HR recruiter. She asked a couple quick questions over the phone and then scheduled a face to face interview. The interview with HR recruiter went very well as the questions she asked were more behavioral related and she wanted you to be very specific in the way you answer your questions. I then received a phone call later that week from the Branch Manager who then scheduled a face to face interview with herself and another Branch Manager. This interview was another good interview. More behavioral questions.
