The hiring manager/interviewer was unorganized unprofessional. A phone interview was scheduled, but once we were on the call, the manager didn't want to do an interview but just wanted to schedule an in-person interview for the following day, and they weren't willing to budge on dates. Very odd, so I decliend the in-person interview.
