Initial phone screen, and then an interview with two managers. It was fairly standard, but I was put off by the experience because they felt that I would struggle in the role due to my age and gender. For reference, all three of us are women. They were essentially warning about the amount of sexism they encounter in the office, which was concerning but also something I was ready to combat had I been offered the role.
