There is first a phone interview with the hiring manager where you are asked theoretical questions about HPLC such as peak resolution, % RSD, and Gaussian curve. After the phone interview you're asked to come on site for a panel interview with 4 other workers. They hammered me with many questions, including ALL the questions asked during the phone screening. I would go into the interview knowing two instruments and being able to describe the theory behind both. The hiring manager takes you through the company and introduces you to workers that are very nice. Overall the company seems nice. I would have everything in writing before the interview like the shift and pay and give yourself time to make a decision to accept or not.
