I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regus (Barcelona) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was fast. In less than two weeks after submitting my application I received a phone call to schedule an interview at one of the offices. The interview took about 30 minutes where one of the managers asked me a few questions about my CV, why would I like to work there, and he explained me more in detail the job position and its conditions. Two days after the interview I received another phone call to schedule a second one that same week. This second interview took less than 30 minutes and I met with the head of operations and the community manager. Part of the interview was in English to check my level and the rest was more of an explanation of the job and the company. I also had the opportunity to ask for new questions or solve doubts that I had.

Why do you want to work in this position as Community Associate?
I applied online. I interviewed at Regus (Jakarta)
Interview
I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process due to unclear communication and lack of transparency.
I received an interview invitation from a no-reply email address, which made it difficult to ask for clarification. The invitation stated that the interview type would be “Telephone/Online Interview,” but instead of providing a meeting link (such as Zoom or Google Meet), it included a physical address. This created confusion about whether the interview would be conducted online or in person.
Additionally, the interview invitation was sent only one day prior (H-1), and just a few minutes before the end of their working hours. This left very limited time to prepare or seek clarification.
On the day of the interview, I did not receive any further communication or instructions. There was no follow-up email, no call, and no meeting link provided. Surprisingly, the next day I received a rejection email stating that I was unsuccessful, without having had the chance to attend any interview.
Overall, the process felt unorganized and lacked clear communication. I hope the company can improve their recruitment process by providing clearer instructions, proper contact channels, and timely communication to candidates.
It was okay, average. You have to take a lot of tests and they check for past experiences. Working culture is fine but depends on the country and your center.
Application process felt smooth and easy overall. Communication was clear, timelines were reasonable, and the team followed up fairly quickly with updates, making the experience straightforward and well organized professional.
