I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regus in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied directly with a recruiter. I received a call from the recruiter to do a 30-minute phone screen. The following day, I spoke to the recruiter who scheduled an in-person interview with the District Manager for the following week in a nearby city. The interview prior to mine, ran over by about 20 minutes, but it was not a problem for me. I was not given a tour of the office. We just went to an empty office to begin. The District Manager had worked for the same company as I did, in the same position, so we already had a rapport. Other than a couple of basic personality questions, he did not ask me anything else, saying, "well, I already know exactly what you would say since I did the same job". It lasted less than a half hour, but I felt it went well and thought he liked me. A few days letter, I received an email from the recruiter saying they did not wish to proceed with the process. I was disappointed and felt I was not given a chance to prove myself due to the District Manager and I having had the same background.
Bad experience. Unprofessional.
After sending in my application I received an invitation for an automated video interview to be completed at my convenience:
"The next part of our recruitment process will be an on-demand digital video. Flexibility is our business, so we have chosen this method of interview to allow you to complete this next stage when and where it suits you best."
Great, I thought. I will do the interview this evening when I am home again with my own laptop, after my daughters' friends have left so that the house is quiet. I did some research during the day and took notes to prepare, as you do for a regular interview.
As I sat down in the evening to do the interview I saw a new email from Regus in my inbox:
"Unfortunately, on this occasion you have been unsuccessful and we will not be taking you forward." No further explanation as to why.
So, Regus, please let me know: Why bother inviting me to the interview in the first place - "when and where it suits you best" - if you are not even going to give me a chance to complete it on the very same day?
Don't waste your applicants' time. If you invite your applicant to the next stage, stick to your word. Regus is apparently a company whose word you cannot trust.

Question 1
I didn't get the opportunity to see the question due to Regus unprofessional treatment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regus (Tokyo) in Sept 2019
Interview
2nd time interview from hiring manager. It’s not difficult and I did these interviews smoothly. Showing performance and apealing are crucial factors for getting job, especially the job opportunity. But its not difficult and interview was quite simple and quick.

This is the only time they really show an interest in what you the individual are like.
Process is to long and protracted, expected to have to travel quite far to each interview to suit Regis.
