The interview was fairly informal. There were several questions asked, but it was more of a discussion/conversation. It consisted of basic questions about your resume and a tour of the facility. However, it was difficult getting in touch after the interview to follow-up and it took several weeks to schedule an interview after the initial application.

What career goals have you set for yourself in the next year and 5 years?
Starts with online application, they contact you through e-mail, schedule an in-person interview for 1 hour which immediately follows a job shadow for additional hour. Later on you are reached out with job offer (but I've heard some are offered on the same day). They do some mentorship before onboarding as an official employee.
