I was hired as a contractor and then came back later as a full time employee. The rehab manager called 6 months after my working as a contractor to ask if I was interested in full-time. When applying as a contractor I had a very brief phone interview. There is currently new management in place since I was hired, so I don't know how much things have changed.

There were no difficult questions during the interview. Just reviewed my experience on my resume. Told me what the plans would be and what was expected. The main thing was productivity.
