It was fairly straightforward though it did lag through the steps at times. During my interview with the HR Director, he hardly let me get a word in, was actually rather condescending and bragged about how the owners have given him carte blanche to fix things. The most concerning part was when he very specifically said "I will not hire an introvert for this position". And because he labeled be an introvert I did not move forward in the process. Sometimes I get nervous in interviews and shy around new people. If only I was given a chance to show who I am inside. He very clearly showed his biases and how truly awful it would be to work there. So glad I dodged that bullet.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Reiser (Canton, MA)
