I ended the process after the first call with the recruiter, and knew it was a joke during the first 15 mins of the call. The role was for an engineer to be the HIL group's 2nd employee. The recruiter tried to give me some bs why I wouldn't be the senior/lead engineer even though I would have the most experience in the group. The recruiter said it would be 'inequitable' to current employees if I were given seniority, which would actually be 'INEQUITABLE' to me to NOT be the senior engineer. The company seems to be a joke claiming they can 3D print a reliable rocket in a few months. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with the total comp the recruiter told me and their unfair leveling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
