I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Relativity Space (Long Beach, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a two-stage process: a 30-minute phone call with an engineer on the team and then a 30-minute video call with the would-be manager. There was a fast turnaround after the first call; HR emailed and scheduled the second interview on the same day. A couple weeks of waiting after the second interview.

Question 1
stress-strain curves for different materials, beam questions
I interviewed at Relativity Space (Mississippi State, MS)
Interview
Two technical questions, interviewer did not properly draw out certain things. Was hard to tell, but she responded well with questions and asked for specifics as time went on. Not too bad but odd at first

Question 1
Structural mechanics, beam failure, general stresses

Interview
Lots of technical questions focused on the type of engineering the team you are interviewing for works on and they take a ridiculously long amount of time to get back to you.

Question 1
Talk to me about your previous engineering experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Relativity Space (Long Beach, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Pretty weird. I had two interviews for two positions. One position, I made it to the second round but the second round with the manager was "name and a little bit about yourself...." I answered and then he said "any questions for me"... like it was already decided they didn't want me from that. The second position they told me on call that I made it to the second round and then I didn't hear back for a month.

Question 1
Depends on the position
First one was all technical about the position itself
Second one was all behavioral: Name a time you had to work with a difficult person. Name a time you had to work with construct criticism
