Recruiter interview was very good. Good introduction to the company, the role and expectations. The technical interview was not so good. Coderpad question IMO could not be solved in the 45 minutes allotted. One of the 2 interviewers clearly didn't want to be there, paid absolutely no attention and only looked up from his phone at the very end to point out an error in my pseudo code that I had already pointed out and explained how I would solve if there was more time. No opportunity at the start of the interview to introduce myself, no opportunity at the end for me to ask any questions. I would not have accepted an offer if they had made one based on this experience.
