I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Relentless Events (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2016
Interview
3-step process
Office -> Store (HEB, Costco, Sam's Club) -> Office
Pay attention because they literally repeat the exact same interview each time as they are trained to recite it verbatim. At the store the person will bring you to their "event" where they promote the product they are trying to sell to anyone that comes their way.
I don't recommend.

Question 1
What is it about this opportunity that brought you back?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Relentless Events (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview is apparently a 3 part process. I was only a part of 1. When you enter the office you will have a chance to look into a binder filled with the products and brands they promote, which I suggest you do. The hiring manager was an energetic and charismatic man with a firm handshake who led me back to an office to conduct the one-on-one interview.
The first round of the interview is simple and easy. He asked me some basic questions to get to know me, such as "Tell me about yourself." After that, he told me about the company. What they do, how they promote their employees, about the job itself, and what they're looking for in new team members.
Though I was called for round 2, I felt that I was not a good fit for the job in my personality and goals, and thus declined.

Interview
It was pretty easy, the interviews were running behind, so that was a little frustrating. As other people have said, the position isn't what it's described as, it's a sales job in a big box store with the ability to move up. They were very nice, just not what the job description was for.
Thank you so much for the feedback, and I apologize for the wait! It was definitely a emergency situation! But we thank you for coming in and giving us a chance to talk about our management training program. : )
