Reliance First Capital interview questions

3 Step Interview process. First was phone interview was with recruiter. Second, was another phone interview with sales manager. Last interview was on site, with two sales managers and the branch manager. Much of the process was typical interview questions. Branch managers interview was a bit more unorthodox however, was very conversational and felt more like getting to know one another than a typical interview.

Prescreen call, interview with direct manager and then branch manager interviews. The first call was the most information about the job. The second interview is all about your skill set. The third is a mix of both to make sure you’re a fit for the role
