multi step, over 10 interviews for a role that was not market competitive on salary or total comp. They were disorganized and not at all professional. They lacked in many areas including strategy, overall competitive positioning and had no executive vision.
The interview process took a few rounds: recruiter, team, etc. Most of the questions were scenario-based questions - tell me about a time when you..., describe a time when..., tell me about your background in..., what experience do you have working in...
