I interviewed at Relic Solutions (Hyderābād (India)) in March 2015.First Round will be normal interaction with the Internal Recruiting HR then will be processed to the next level with CEO/Managing Director where it can take One and Half Hour brief discussion on the Previous Process Followed, Clients worked with and Requirements worked on, Experiences gained, Achievements made and some personal interaction, and then to the next level for salary Negotiations and benefits with the Senior HR

Mainly Focused On US IT & Non IT Recruitment Process, Tax Terms, Visas, IT Terms, Usage of Job Boards, Recruiter LinkedIn Experience, H1 Transfers, Placements, Submissions. Dead lines. Mostly will look in to the Communication Skills, Knowledge in IT, domains worked, Sates worked.
