Interview
I had 2 interviews and both seemed to go well. Then I was ghosted despite a courtesy follow up 2 weeks later. When candidates spend time preparing and interviewing the absolute least an employer should do is notify them they are out (and preferably with a reason).

Interview
Someone submitted my resume and Remedy A called me. My 1st and 2nd interview went well, as they gave me a take home assessment after that. I received a great feedback on the assessment. Then they scheduled another interview with the VP of Eng’g. I think he’s from another company. He gave another assessment at the end of the interview. I got a perfect score. What I didn’t understand, if I didn’t do well, why would he give me an assessment at the end of the interview. I got a perfect score. The interviewer called me after few days to tell me that they would go a different path. It didn’t make sense. It was so frustrating bec I have invested time on those interviews, especially the take home test.

Interview
I interviewed with four different parties: Department Manger, Senior Analyst, Director, and VP. I also took an assessment of my SQL capabilities. I felt as though the interviews went very well, and I thoroughly enjoyed each conversation I had. I expected to receive an offer or a professional dismissal after so much time invested in the interview process. Unfortunately, I heard nothing after a few assurances that they were still in the decision-making process.
