Had an interview through microsoft teams - consisted of competency based questions and a task. Even though the interview went well I did not hear back from anyone, despite contacting them the following week. Ironic considering they are an employment focused company.

Conversational and also spoke a lot of about how the role could benefit me. Spoke about skills from previous employment and how that would influence my skills in this role
Formal interview, questions around experience of advising, dealing with high targets and challenging situations, examples of when you have dealt with any safeguarding concerns, worked alongside job centres and employers to help people into employment
