This was the most confusing interview process I've ever been apart of. It was ongoing for about 6 months. I felt like I was left in the dark the whole time. I would just get random updates every few months. There wasn't even an application process. Recently it was communicated I would be setting up a final interview and then it turns out I just get a rejection email instead. Wouldn't recommend.

Question 1
Very relaxed interviews. More of a conversation than getting drilled with questions
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Renaissance Financial (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
Super easy 3 part interview. There was a PowerPoint presentation but it wasn’t bad. The people are super nice and it feels like a family environment. It never feels like there are grilling you with questions
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Renaissance Financial (Kansas City, MO) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a 2 week process. They explained the position and ask me a few behavioral questions. I felt very confident in the interview, but it took them over 3 weeks before another connection was made. I had to reach out to them to be notified.
