Renaissance Lakewood interview questions

Interview process was typical for the industry where first round interview was conducted via Teams then followed by a panel interview. Their HR recruiter didn’t respect my preferred availability and was not transparent about whom I’d be interviewing with unless prompted which I took as a red flag.

Very straight forward interview, which was conducted through Microsoft teams. Interview was brief but to the point. Met with two different employees. Overall it was a straight forward and simple process.
