The waiting process to be called for an interview was lengthy. After I was called, I went in to meet the boss man who was very respectful, very honest and outspoken. The man was very down to earth and asked if I could handle all of the hard labor that he had described. Stating that if I can't or didn't think I could, I can walk away now. I said I can and will handle it. Then started work the next day after the physical.
