I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Renown Health (Reno, NV) in Jun 2013
Interview
Tried for years to get in. Applied for many positions. Finally one day the recruiter answerd my call. He said he had never seen my application. He asked a few questions. What experience do you have?, Why Renown?, Basic questions like that. He said come in for a sit down interview with me. At the interview he was super nice, made me feel at ease. Questions were basic, standard questions. He kept in touch with me every week with potential positions that I qualified for untill I finally got a call for a second interview with a department. Supervisor, manager and ,CNA were there. Very nice ladies, friendly, and questions were standard. Got the job a week later.
