A requiter e-mailed me to set up a time to talk, once our phone call started--a few days later--it was about 30 minutes of her getting to know me to pass info on to departments. A week or so later a nurse manager called me to set up an interview for the postpartum department. After I went in for my interview I did not hear back from anyone for over a week, never a good sign, so I reached out to the requiter. She said she would speak to the manager and let me know. A few days later I got an email that I did not get the job. I wish the nurse manager could have called me so I could have received feedback on my interview. Was it my skills, my personality, or something else that made them chose a different nurse? I will never know.
