It's a simple job so the interview wasn't that bad. You should be prepared to perfect your phone presence in both selling and collections. Can't be afraid of knocking on someone's door to retrieve BOR that the customer is unwilling to give up. Don't try to be a tough guy/girl or show that you can be. Just be as pleasant as possible as you will be around coworkers for the better part of the day. If it's a good manager he'll/she'll do his/her best to find a perfect match for the team and customers.

The interview was unprofessional and was in the main lobby of the store. There were multiple interruptions from customers. Both the manager and possible assistant (no formal title mentioned) admitted the job responsibilities were not outlined correctly on the listing and ended the interview abruptly when pay for the position was mentioned by me.
