Multiple Round With No Proper Question Set Where Interview Was Not Curious What You Know But They Are Interested What You Dont Know.
They Will Organize Even Director Round In Same Day But After Completing All Rounds Also They Will Not Tell Proper Rejection Reason

They will ask about illogical and invalid question. I went to attend for interview(.Net) and did not get any question from OOPS/RDBMS/SQL/C#/JavaScript. Rather than i got question from library mostly.

Do not go for Replicon. I had cleared all rounds, and waited for a month. Later got a call for submitting documents. 15 days sharing all the documents I was asked to come for another document. Totally unprofessional ethics. Worst experience in my life.
