had a fantastic interview experience. The hotel was conveniently connected to the training facility, making everything very easy and accessible. Everyone I interacted with was extremely welcoming and friendly. The Q&A session with the captains was insightful and made me even more excited about the opportunity. The entire interview process was stress-free and very well organized. I also had a great experience with both HR and the captain during my interviews. They were professional, approachable, and clearly passionate about working there. Overall, it was a very positive and encouraging experience.

Flown-out to interview the day before. Stayed the night at on-campus Company hotel. Next morning, short Company presentation by Recruiters and Senior Pilot staff, followed by Q&A. Taken to waiting area to complete logbook summary sheet. First Candidates summoned after about 10 minutes. Three different teams conducted the Candidate logbook reviews, discussion of work history, and technical questions on aircraft, weather, charts/plates, etc.
