HR scheduled a phone interview for me with hiring manager one week ahead, but I didn't receive the phone call until 20 minutes after the scheduled time on that day. The phone interview only lasted 15 minutes. I felt like they conducted the interview because it had been scheduled, but they reluctant to ask any proper questions as they had already found a potential candidate. I got a rejection email immediately after the phone call.
