Republic of Tea interview questions

I have been called twice to interview for this position over the phone - the second time they did not remember me at all! Both times told me about the position and then just kept asking if I had any questions. Didn’t ask about me or any of the typical interview questions. Each time never heard back and I keep seeing this job posted so it makes me wonder what is going on over there if it’s been 2yrs and it’s still not filled.

Applied online then contacted by HR for a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was totally unprepared hadn't even looked at my full resume only the 2nd page not sure what he thought I was doing for the past 6 years! He then just went over the job duties and then just kept asking me if I had any questions like over and over again there were only so many I could think of. Wish he would have asked me more questions to get to learn about my background more. When the phone interview was done he said I would be contacted as usual with all companies now a days never heard back!
