I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ResProp

      Interview

After I submitted my resume, they called and asked me a series of questions. They weren't hard, but be prepared to know what you'll say to "What is your biggest weakness?" and know that they'll ask you for your current salary and what you'll want in your new job with them. They'll also ask how your former managers will rate you if they were to call them. I'm not sure if they ever did call them, but it's good to be truthful when answering it anyway.
