I had a few phone interviews that all went well. I felt heard and free to ask questions about company culture, 'success' expectations, and daily work. I was asked about my qualifications and to expound on experiences that were listed on my resume. Overall it was a good experience.

Did an initial phone interview with three to four staff members including HR. Got invited to do a presentation afterward in person and then another interview immediately after that (HR did properly inform there was a third interview after presentation).
