I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Resilience Lab in Oct 2024
Interview
I had a very uncomfortable and rushed interview experience. The interviewer frequently interrupted me and showed little interest in hearing about my qualifications or experience. What was most concerning was how I was questioned about my immigration status. Even after I clearly stated that I am lawfully authorized to work in the U.S. and have been for a long time, she continued to press the issue. It felt intrusive, inappropriate, and frankly, discriminatory. The overall tone of the interview made me feel dismissed and disrespected, and it left me questioning the company’s values.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Resilience Lab (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
Multi-level interview
1st step with an HR recruiter, next with a coordinator who manages schedules and caseload then final with a perspective supervisor.
All remote and very seamless experience. Interviews were scheduled far apart

Question 1
Would I be willing to do about 35 sessions a month
The interview process was three stages with three different people from different teams, last one is with the clinical supervisor. All of which were nicely setup and people were really comfortable to talk with.
