I walked through each step of the process, including multiple assessments that took hours of my time, as well as two interviews. I never got a rejection or heard back from the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience with UX/UI design and what drove me with projects.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Resilient Cognitive Solutions in Feb 2022
Interview
The initial interview was an hour-long chat with a third-party recruiter friend of the CEO who spent half of the time hyping up the CEO but could not thoroughly explain what the company does. They should have had applicants sign an NDA so the actual job and company could be explained plainly. The conversation was fine, the questions were pretty standard, but the psychological test afterward was discriminatory. They didn't bother to send a denial email.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a bad experience during our interview process. It is always our hope that our interns will be offered a full time position when their rotation is complete. Therefore, our interview process may seem rather rigorous. I know that each student that interviewed for the technical writing internship was sent a letter when the final decision was made.
I had a phone interview then a psychometric test. The questions were generic personality test questions (if you are in this field, then you've seen them before) and some other logic-based questions. Not a bad interview process, but it was not as informative as other interviews I've gone through. I would've appreciated more information on the technical details of the job.
