The interview process is simple. It starts out with a phone call from the hiring manager. After that you are invited to meet with the team, the manager and the CEO. Meeting each one of the individuals gives you a great insight to what the company culture is like and will allow you to make an informed decision.

The initial call with the recruiter was fine, but then the second was confusing…he was in leadership but took the call while driving & also seemingly uninterested. Didnt talk great about the culture & then mentioned the ceo being his best friend & that told me everything. Boys club

The recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview during the work day. The recruiter proceeded to not show up to the interview after I had blocked off time on my calendar. I sent several follow up messages to see if they wanted to reschedule but they never followed up.

Super easy just a normal conversation with few questions. There was two people from the company on the call though. Was asked to rank my importance on money, work/life balance, and opportunity which was difficult.
