Interview
I really don't like writing negative reviews or calling someone out in public, however, I would want other people that experienced this to know, it's not them, it's the management here And not to feel bad.
Social Skills? Zero. One manager opens the door and just stares, no handshake, no hello, etc... low class all the way. I introduce myself and he walks me to a meeting room and magically doesn't show for the interview. In other words, I was probably too old, and from the looks of the staff, I would think that's a good guess.
Then, a female manager comes in and starts talking about how she's a New Yorker and she didn't like Charlotte (she saw on my resume and we both had previously lived there) and the South etc...,
(Note to her: GO HOME!, Interstate 75 or 85 will take you north). Just extreme rudeness on the part of management. They had already determined they were not going to hire me from the look on the manager's face at the door, so then the interview wasn't an interview but an insult-off. Obviously, I was not offered the job and wouldn't have wanted it, sorry I wasted the gas to this place. IF someone isn't your candidate, that's fine, but learn some maturity. You don't have to insult or putdown people.

We have made many many improvements since you wrote your review over 2 years ago. Today, you would find our process both thorough and focused.

You have a phone interview, with a senior rep who then has the Ops Manager call you. Rec call on a Sat for an interview that was scheduled almost 2 weeks later. Interview went ok. Was tld that the training class won't start until Aug the 18th, and would get an email in about a week for directions to go take a drug test, that's if my background clears. The process in very long especially if your don't have a job currently
