I was corresponding with the Vice President of Professional Services. She sends you list of possible dates and times. I suggest you give her more times for example August 5 - 10:30, 2:00, 3:30; August 7 - 11:00, 1:00, 3:00 etc as she meets with many candidates. When I spoke to her on phone she had me on speaker and while she was writing notes it created a sound that was very distracting. She ask me if I had any hospitality experience and was very honest that she found hiring those that did not have experience in that industry was difficult. Also, the job title and description may vary on different job sites. Base on my resume, she placed me as a trainer.
