Traditional corporate approach. Average speed for process. Lack of transparency about position responsibilities. Require high ability, education & experience but are not interested in compensating for having acquired them despite the higher cost of living at their main office. Main office is in AK but have no process or compensation for moving you there.

Fairly simple questions as you would expect. They're mostly just looking to see if you have the required experience, if you'd be comfortable in whichever office location the role is in, and if you are fine working in corporate/Oil culture.

Interview
applied on line | phone interview with recruiter | Teams interview with PM and BA Lead. Process was straight forward and easy. Recruiter also reached out to me day of 2nd interview to make sure I was set and if I can any questions! That was a first!!! Great Experience!
