The interview process was ok. Not impressed with the aptitude of the managers conducting the interview. Managers did not offer a good description of responsibilities and only described the work as basic CNA/daily living skills and crisis management.

Interview was on time and there were great questions asked about my experience and things that I’m comfortable with pertaining to the job.

They talked up their idea of the standards of the cpany and flattered me. Described job, emphasized we would get bonuses and not take work home with us. Promoted a good work life balance.

Very calm and intimate was interviewed by four people at one time including a client who had a good idea of the program. Each place will have different interviewing technique
