Intial screening inteversion, followed by 5 rounds of inteview with hiring manager, team members, and a director. Interviews were more a discussion that Q&A style, were interviewers are not only looking at skills, but to really know your personality and how would you fit in with the team.

I had a phone screen with their recruiter, next I had a series of 5 interviews, all of them were partly describing yourself and learning about their role and how they see your role. The next part was situational leadership questions. Their communication through the entire process was fantastic. I appreciated the fact they gave me the salary range on the first phone screen. Everybody I interviewed with was really nice, they do their diligence to insure it's a good fit both ways.
