Interview
very simple. Had one phone interview that talked about what the job was and if it was the right fit. Then a one on one where we talked a lot more about me. Basic interview questions such as tell me about yourself, most difficult customer, etc.

Interview
I went in person. Interviews by person. Skill demonstration in Zumba class room. I was asked to perform some songs. I did some songs. I was told to ask to teach coming Saturaday class. It was daily easy process.
