Interview
They have to fill out a few reading multiple choice questions to make sure you're competent when it comes to the English language. Then they have test videos for you to attempt to synchronize.

They would ask you multiple choice questions as to whether you knew the difference between, for example, Their, They're , There.
It was easy. Just a short audio file. and also a grammar test. Mostly choice answers. You'll wait for the results , some times it takes just a short period of time.
Easy process to get in as long as you trust your dialect and no human interaction at all. All you do is to pass the Transcription part and English MCQ.
You need to pass a toting test and submit a sample of your work to assess your writing and language proficiency skills. Then once you pass, if you are accepted, you will be able to get trained and have your work graded and paid for.
