Interview
The first round of interviews was with a hiring manager. The interviewer was very friendly and asked general product design interview questions in 30 mins. Then there was a quick design exercise of critiquing an app. The interviewer also introduced the team structure as well as the products of Rev.

Straight forward process, but no recruiter reach out to set up a phone screen and was directed by the hiring manager. which was common, but the hiring manager seems nice
