      Project Manager Interview

      12 Sept 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revalize in Aug 2024

      Interview

This was one of the most organized and professional interview processes I've encountered. Yes, a test was required but that ensures that the people with whom you work are logical and that your personalities mesh. I've been working for a long time and in no way found the assessments to be a negative. (For the record, I knew it was being monitored/recorded, but I didn't put on any makeup or professional attire, and it didn't impede my progress to the next step.) Aleks in HR was amazing -- she kept me informed at every step of the process, promptly answered questions and quickly scheduled follow up interviews, and everyone else with whom I interviewed appeared on time, was well prepared, and seemed enthusiastic about the company and its values. They were very kind and respectfully engaged. Absolutely positive overall experience.

      Interview

Stressful interview and you have to complete a UCAS test. Waste of time and it is about 40 questions and very time consuming. I also notice that they keep hiring for the same role Over and over again, I’m assuming people quit or they’re a hire and fire company

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revalize in Jul 2024

      Interview

I took their 2 exams, 40 minutes. A camera is required (I assume so you don't cheat), so I had to dress and put on makeup as if it were a job interview, because who knows who looks at these videos. I regularly take UCAT and CCAT tests for other jobs, and know how I typically score, which is good. I practice for them. I got an email rejection in two weeks. Lazy hiring, waste of time.

      Question 1

Just UCAT and CCAT as described.
