I applied online. I interviewed at Revature in Oct 2020
Interview
They provided some learning materials of the java, oop, sql, and web development on their learning center. Interview was 20 mins, asking questions about java and oop mainly, and some sql questions regarding SELECT operations. Interview was very easy, followed up with them several times, as I have managed to answer correctly all of their questions. They said they would make decisions based on interview test performance, and I believe my performance was very well. But after following up with them several times, they said they are on a hiring surging period and asked me to wait patiently. I've waited for at least 2 weeks, last week they asked me if I am able to provide SIN and background check and I said yes. Yet this week there's totally nothing news from them. Never any updated news. I think it's over with them. From my experience your admission with them is not fully determined by your performance. Even you answer all their questions correctly, they can still decline you with no reason. Very disappointed :) It feels like you got 98/100 in an exam and yet still got declined by a school, and your peer got 95/100 and got enrolled the second day after the exam!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revature (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
You hope on the interview platform. For the next 20mins, I was given a series of questions about basic OOP, SQL, Java(it's directly from the study guides that they send you prior to the interview).
