Revelian interview questions

Talk to the CTO and one senior software engineer. Mainly talk about whether understand about the software testing, software development process, whether know svn..... Quite unrelated to the role requirements on the web. I think they just do not know what to ask and do not know what the specific role it is for the new senior software engineer. The role has a good name but the interview just looks like they are searching for a software tester.
