Very straight forward. Interviewers were kind. 1st interview was with 3 people second was just 1 on 1. Lost of customer service questions and asked about ability to answer phone calls every few minutes.

What is an experience you've had when a patient or customer is upset and how did you resolve the issue?
As far as interviews, it was one of my easiest ones. I was contacted a few days after submitting my resume to schedule my interview. I had the interview within the week and I was hired on the spot.

Interview
The interview was set up relatively quickly. Their location was difficult to find. It was the shortest interview of my life because they didn't even consider me because I was unsure how long I would be there.
