I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolution Digital (Morristown, NJ) in Mar 2020
Interview
I was interviewed by three or four people at once. I had come with a mock-up campaign for a client, answered questions that made me realize they were not cutting edge on Digital Marketing. Boss okay, a bit pie in the sky, and job went to his wife ultimately.
Why bother interviewing, really, when it was just going to be self-dealing? Oh...and they took the campaign I created and used elements of it. So, I think I dodged a bullet, honestly.
Challenging but i appreciated the challenge. Made me understand what the agency was like right from the start. Everyone made me feel at home while also still ensuring I understood the job and their expectations of it.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolution Digital (Morris Plains, NJ)
Interview
The interview process was basic - phone screening, in person interview, then a writing test. All went swell than they ghosted me for about 3 weeks. I understand your teams are busy, but a candidates time is just as valuable, especially if they take off of work to meet with your teams. Let a candidate know they went with someone else than leaving a candidate high and dry. Poor reflection of the company after interviewing.
