Revolution Digital interview questions

I was interviewed by three or four people at once. I had come with a mock-up campaign for a client, answered questions that made me realize they were not cutting edge on Digital Marketing. Boss okay, a bit pie in the sky, and job went to his wife ultimately. Why bother interviewing, really, when it was just going to be self-dealing? Oh...and they took the campaign I created and used elements of it. So, I think I dodged a bullet, honestly.
