I cold emailed HR and they set up a phone screen. Then scheduled for an interview 2 weeks later. There was clear and quick communication the entire process and worked around my schedule. The interview was online with the two people.

Tell me about a time you improved or changed a process
Email received after application, 20-minute phone call about a week later. I was told I would receive information after but didn't get an email back for 4 weeks. Another meeting was set up over teams.

Phone Interview and In Person Interview; Phone Interview was with Vice President to determine fit into team. In Person interview was based off what you have on your resume.
