Interview
Very informal interview. They were basically looking to feel out who you are as a worker in the past and didn't ask many questions. The questions they did ask were relatively straight forward. Once you have an interview it is very likely that you have the job already they are just making sure you aren't insane
The hr was wonderful . She cAlled and walked me through the whole process and benefits and salary. I was very thankful to get the information I had requested. I rate rexall 6+

Interview
I applied for the job online. A few days after I got a call to come in for an interview. The interview process was in person with the store manager and took about an hour. I had to answer questions about my skills and previous work experiences and then I was given the offer shortly after.
