very structured, they have a set list of "typical" interview questions. Most were behavioural questions like tell me about a time and you answer using the STAR method. But the interview itself was casual, just the questions were structured

Easy, relaxed with a pharmacy manager. Meet in a private room. Questions are stereotypical and ask about experiences and your expectations. The whole process is around 30 minutes. You can find out if you got the job usually within 1-2 days after your initial interview.

I applied to the position through Indeed and heard back relatively quickly. The employer maintained great communication. I had a phone call screen prior to an in-person interview on site. The interview wasn't too long with general questions.

It was a straight forward process. I was invited to a chat by the manager of one of their branches, and it was a smooth and relaxing chat. Nothing extraordinary. A great emphasis was placed on Canadian experience though.
